In November 2006 the UCF announced the creation and launch of the Center for Lifestyle Medicine. This is the nation’s first university based academic center for lifestyle medicine. Dr. Rippe serves as Chairman for this Center. The CLM at UCF is housed in a state of the art, 8,000 sq foot laboratory space in the research park adjacent to the University of Central Florida.
