| Kimberly earned a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science from Ithaca College. She furthered her education by getting a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University. While studying at SDSU, Kimberly held a graduate assistantship position working at the Center for Optimal Health and Performance where she assisted with various research projects and completed treadmill/fitness tests.
Kimberly finds great pleasure in helping other people improve their physical health. She enjoys educating and helping individuals become self-reliant with their own fitness objectives and goals through individualized counseling; which results in each individual creating and maintaining a healthy balance in their life while training with a purpose. She is also a certified Health & Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine.
