Diana obtained her Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Connecticut, specializing in Exercise Science. Here she contributed to numerous research studies in the Human Performance Laboratory. Originally from Illinois, she received two Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, one in Food Science and Human Nutrition and the other in Kinesiology.
Her research interests include healthy weight management, chronic disease prevention through lifestyle modification, and fructose metabolism. She has previous experience in corporate wellness programming and is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer.
