Jennifer Etheridge earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Foods and Nutrition from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. She is currently a Nutrition Research Assistant at Rippe Lifestyle Institute and responsible for instructing prescreening visits and nutrition data collection. Her future plans include furthering her education here in Orlando.
