Research Dietitian
CLINICAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

Rippe Lifestyle Institute (RLI), an organization engaged in clinical and academic research, publishing, and partnering in health promotion and disease prevention projects, currently has an immediate need for a clinical research associate.
Job responsibilities:
- Coordinates with supervisor and the clinical team to ensure consistent institution-wide compliance with study protocols and IRB requirements
- Assist in biohazard data collection, treatment, storage and disposal
- Assist in and conduct assay tests
- Enter data into computer for further statistical analysis
- Create and manage databases
- Perform equipment maintenance and provide training to less experienced clinical study assistants
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and purchase laboratory supplies/reagents as necessary
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, Nutrition, Health Care or a related field
- At least one year research experience is required. Clinical research experience is preferred.
- Experience in some laboratory skills such as ELISA, Luminex is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical skills such as SPSS and SAS is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong skills in project management and organization
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-motivated and independent fashion
Full-Time position. Salary is competitive with the national market and commensurate with experience. Additionally, benefits including paid vacation, medical and life insurance are included.

RESEARCH DIETITIAN
Rippe Lifestyle Institute
Rippe Lifestyle Institute, a leader in lifestyle medicine research, is seeking dietitians for the position of Research Dietitian.
- Candidates must have a master’s degree in nutrition or related field.
- At least two to three years of work experience is desired.
- Experience in research, especially adult weight management and implementing clinical study protocols is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of NDSR is a plus.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, flexible, possess a positive attitude, and be a team player.
- Attention to detail and strong written, verbal, and computer skills are required.
The research dietitian assists with implementing the nutritional component of the research protocol, counsels participants, collects and enters food records, and develops nutrition education materials. She or he is also involved with an executive wellness program.
